Floors in West Des Moines
Finished basements on a slab
Owners here often want decorative finishes: metallic basements, showroom-style garages and polished-looking commercial floors.
Basement slabs can look dry but still move moisture. That matters most for metallic and solid color systems, where a blister ruins the look. Test first and use a moisture barrier where readings are high.
When to install: Basement and interior jobs can run year-round with climate control. Garage work is easiest from late spring through early fall.
Getting supplies: West Des Moines orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 309 driving miles away.
