Welcome to US Resin Supply. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. A2P Messaging Services

US Resin Supply provides Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services, which include but are not limited to notifications, alerts, and marketing communications via SMS and MMS.

3. Compliance and Regulations

Our A2P messaging services comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and data protection laws. Users must consent to receive messages from US Resin Supply as part of our service offerings.

4. Permissible Use

You agree not to use the messaging services for sending unauthorized or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for ensuring that the content of your messages complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and current information for all A2P messaging services and are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services does not infringe on the rights of third parties or violate any applicable laws.

7. Service Availability

US Resin Supply strives to ensure the availability of its A2P messaging services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network conditions, or other factors may impact service availability.

8. Modifications to Terms

US Resin Supply reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Your continued use of our services after changes to these terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

9. Termination

US Resin Supply reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our A2P messaging services without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where US Resin Supply is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Terms of Sale

Orders. An order placed online, by phone or in a U.S. Resin Supply store is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when U.S. Resin Supply confirms it and payment has been received and processed. U.S. Resin Supply may accept, limit or decline any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that cannot be fulfilled from available stock.

Prices and billing. Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one in effect when your order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include sales tax, shipping, freight, handling, or other charges, which are added at checkout or on your invoice. Promotion-specific terms apply where stated and control if they conflict with these terms. You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

Errors. If a product, price, or description is listed in error, U.S. Resin Supply may correct it and cancel or update any affected order, including after it has been placed. If your order is cancelled for this reason, any payment collected for it will be refunded.

Training and events. Class registrations, VIP add-ons and event tickets are governed by the details shown on each class or event listing.

13. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery and ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. U.S. Resin Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, freight scheduling, or other events outside its control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when U.S. Resin Supply transfers the order to the carrier, or when you pick it up in store.

Some coatings, solvents and other regulated materials can only ship by certain methods (for example, ground or freight) and may not ship to every address. Store pickup is available at U.S. Resin Supply locations.

Inspect on arrival. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered or picked up. If anything is damaged, defective, short, or incorrect, contact the store you ordered from or hello@usresinsupply.com right away, and keep the packaging and photos, so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Hazmat & pickup-only products

Some coatings are classified as hazardous materials and can't be shipped by standard carriers. These items are available for in-store pickup only at your nearest U.S. Resin Supply location: Premera T2 MCM, Premera Quick Seal, Premera Fusion Primer, Premera CS1, SB65 and Acrylic Glaze-SB.

14. Returns & Refunds

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days after you receive your order. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return. Contact the U.S. Resin Supply store you purchased from, or email hello@usresinsupply.com with your order number. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for dropping it off at a store or shipping it back.

Items that cannot be returned.

• Opened, mixed, partially used or tinted products
• Special-order and custom products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, once they have left the store
• Sale and clearance items
• Gift cards

Exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for an approved return, then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds. After your return is received and inspected, U.S. Resin Supply will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact hello@usresinsupply.com.

15. Product Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Use and results. Coating and flooring results depend on conditions that U.S. Resin Supply does not control, including surface preparation, moisture, temperature, mixing, application method, and the installer’s skill. Always follow the product label, the technical data sheet and the safety data sheet, and test in a small area before full application. Colors and finishes shown on screens, samples and photos may vary from the installed result.

Disclaimer of warranties. Except where a written warranty is expressly provided for a specific product, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are sold “as is” and “as available,” and U.S. Resin Supply disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, U.S. Resin Supply, its affiliates, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, labor, removal or reinstallation costs, arising from the purchase or use of any product. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the purchase price of the product involved.

Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by state.
