Floors in St. Joseph
Older homes and food plants
Local coating work includes food processing spaces, older homes, farm shops and small downtown businesses.
Older homes may have damp basements and worn garage slabs, while food plants need floors that survive wash-downs and cleaners. Match the system to the space and always test moisture first.
When to install: Winters here are cold and summers humid; schedule unheated garage work in milder months, and heat interior spaces during winter projects so the slab stays within data sheet limits.
Getting supplies: St. Joseph orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 472 driving miles away.
