Floors in Lawrence
Rentals and restaurant floors
Coating jobs here include rental properties, restaurants and bars, campus-area businesses and homeowner garages.
Rental units and busy restaurants need floors that clean easily and stand up to traffic. Choose a durable topcoat and add anti-skid where floors get wet or greasy.
When to install: College-town scheduling matters: summer break often opens windows for rental and campus-area work, though heat and humidity mean coating early and in smaller batches.
