Floors in Camden
Brownfield-era slabs
Coating crews here work on hospital and school support spaces, warehouses and light industrial buildings, and basements and storage rooms in older homes.
Former industrial buildings can have slabs with old coatings, oils and cracks, and some sit low near the river where moisture runs high. Grind to sound concrete, repair damage and test moisture so the system is chosen for the slab you actually have.
When to install: Humid Delaware Valley summers can slow cure and cause condensation on cool slabs. In winter, older buildings with poor insulation may need temporary heat to keep the slab in range.
Getting supplies: Camden orders ship from U.S. Resin Supply nationwide, with shipping added to the order. The closest of our 10 stores is U.S. Resin Supply – Montgomery in Montgomery, IL, about 805 driving miles away.
